Customer success - Málaga (Spain)

As TechBuddy is growing fast in Sweden and Spain, we are looking to add more bilingual people to our Customer Success team in Málaga. We are looking for someone who speaks Swedish and preferably also Spanish. You should be service oriented and passionate about our customers getting the best experience possible. A solution-oriented person with a passion for service and customer satisfaction, with a good ability to understand customer needs.

In this role you will:
  • Support the Customer Success team in handling customer contact via phone, chat and mail (eg receiving bookings and answering invoice questions).
  • Create new and improve existing processes and structures for a smooth management of our customers.
  • Continuous contact with our partners (eg Telia) to develop different solutions for the customer.
  • Identify opportunities for creating more satisfied customers.
  • Work efficiently and continuously searches for improvement opportunities in your tasks.
Requirements:
  • Structured and stress-resistant
  • Previous work experience in service (customer service is a big plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and can communicate unhindered in Swedish and preferably Spanish and English both in speech and writing.
